Electrical problems with Z4 3.0si roadster

Hi Tony. I've now done the alternator test as advised. The battery started at 13.6, with engine on and under load it went up to 14.4 and then back to 13.6 when all load off. When engine switched off the reading was 13.8. To my non-engineering mind this suggests that all is okay on both the battery and alternator. Not sure where to go with this problem next. Any ideas?

I would still be looking at the battery mate. If you have a receipt take back for a replacement under warranty.
