Archived First Time in UK (Area of Devon) forthcoming 2016

@Ludger Kieven I am planning to tax the Zed from the 1st April so my first chance to catch up with you anywhere in the Devon Area is from the 1st April onwards, so if you have any details I can try and catch up to show you some of the stuff I have run in the area previously which should be useable. I have also spoken to a friend (German living in the UK) that has suggested we do a German translation version of the sheets so that your guys can have the same sort of fun as our guys did (If you like the idea when you see it).

It might be worth a private message if you have concerns about publishing where and when you will be in particular places.

Great idea to take a friend with you to translate, because we´re all not able to understand each word while communicating!! ;-)
The best date to meet, should be between 1st to 3rd April. On 4th April we start our way back home, making a pause at Torbay Motor Show.
This time our friends are not with us visiting UK, because its the "scouting-Tour" for the German Z3 Roadster Club-Tour next year, so my wife Ruth and me are alone. Next year there will be best Club-Friends with us, 6-8 Zeds with 12-16 people.
A place and time for a meeting should be easy to find from 1st to 3rd April,because we´re on holiday with no other commitments! So tell me where to meet at what time and we will be there!

We are very excited of the impressions that will expect us! Feeling like a child before christmas!

So if you find a little time for us it would be very courteous! ...........and if you will show us some places and amazing roads you think we should have seen, we will be very thankful!

@Ludger Kieven OK that sounds like a plan. I have spoken to my German friends and think a great Idea would be to meet up Thursday morning the 2nd April in Alfresco's in Dartmouth for Breakfast... (At a time to suit you but let us know numbers and time and we will book to reserve a table) a great place for breakfast here is a link. http://www.cafealfresco.co.uk/ Then chat about the Plan and after that I will show you some of the roads on Dartmoor that are contained in the Navigational exercise so you see what it would be like. It is also my friends Birthday that day and his family are over from Germany as well so there will be plenty of German interpreters. If these arrangements work for you then I will post details so that if anyone else wants to join in then they can. I know it is a weekday so will impact the numbers that can join in but as it is a dry run for next year that is to the good anyway.

Let me know what you think and in particular if the idea works for you then I will put it into place.

If you wish to join in the breakfast please call Cafe Alfresco yourself and mention that you are coming with the Zroadster.org group and they will put you with us.

Hi @Ludger Kieven. How are your plans coming along with next year's trip? I just left the UK after 11 days there. I had a great time with all the boys (and girls) of the forum. Was all over Wales with @miller1098 , and participated in two events which went really well. The second one was at the BMW UK center for a starting point. 38 Zeds were there, but you can see the write up about it here. Had a nice cruise afterwards. Hated to leave everyone as they're all so nice. I think you're in for a wonderful time when you bring the whole crew over with you. Thought it might be a nice time to visit again myself but I have to recover from this visit first. Frankie

Staying in contact from our first visit with Duncan (La_vida_diver) , he´s got the whole tour dates from us and will plan a meeting with members of Z.org-members and me and my friends.

Hello Ludger, I am fairly new to Zed ownership. I'm based in Exeter. We have some great Zed roads down here in Devon. I would be up for a blast across Dartmoor and beyond. I would be happy to work with Duncan on a route and getting a many Zeds together as possible down here.
