Foxwell diagnostic scanner

Hi guys and gals, my first post for a while.

Is anyone still successfully using their Foxwell scanner tool?

It looks like my Foxwell account has been deleted and my scanner serial number is no longer recognized.

The Foxwell website that is saved on my laptop is no longer accessible. I've tried "other" Foxwell sites but my details aren't recognized on those either.

I'm still using my Foxwell single make scanner (might be an NT530). My car is a 15 plate, whatever software downloaded is after that, so I didn't see the point of further updates for a handheld device thats not connected to the internet. The codes reported by the car aren't going to change, so why update the scanner.

I haven't tried to do an update as it needs a Windows computer and I don't really have one. In my password manager, it doesn't have a website saved, so I can't test the username and password. But the connection was via a Foxassist tool (program) that you had to download and install. The saved username and password was for that tool, presumably that gives access.

Maybe look for that tool to reinstall from the foxwell uk website, if that helps . . .
