Rha. Thanks for quick response. On closer inspection I see that the cables/wiring have been “patched up” at the point where they go through the tightest radius, when the bonnet is closed.
So I’m now considering how to multi-meter out the wiring, to identity which wire within the harness, and how to go about fixing it.
I’m guessing it would be a much better solution to lengthen the whole wire loom to reduce the flexing, attach it elsewhere. *or something?
I’m hoping to replace the O2 sensors tomorrow, so washer nozzles can wait. BW
