The top of mine is cracked, anyone selling one, thanks
Just the knob thanks buddyGear stick or gear knob mate?
Bit pricey for me, I've seen one or two for almost £100, I just can't justify that sort of money on a gear knobSomeone had an illuminated M version for sale on here a while back.
I've seen those on ebay and I will probably end up with one as I really like them.My wife just said she likes shiny knobs as wellA good one is not cheap wife nearly died when I told this one cost £72 "For a Knob she said" Yes but its shinny" I saidView attachment 25493
I already have a list that way exceeds my budget, just ordered some new badges and side light leds, start with the small stuff@Sean d Once you get the knob then its the side vents the door handles ariel then wheels, can get expensive it you have no will power. Didn't tell the wife about the other stuff.

Well I just pulled it straight up and off it came, just held on by friction, have another wheetabix and try againKit
How did you get the old one off, I need to remove mine to fit a new gaiter but the complete stick just moves slightly as if undoing or doing up, tried to pull but no luck. Told in a previous post that they are very tight mine seems welded, its the part chrome and part leather type.
Had a look at mine today and its the same as the above pic, its not actually cracked, just looks like the clear bit on the top has delaminated from the numbered display,A good one is not cheap wife nearly died when I told this one cost £72 "For a Knob she said" Yes but its shinny" I saidView attachment 25493
I will try that but I think its old ageWell I just pulled it straight up and off it came, just held on by friction, have another wheetabix and try again
Would you not consider replacing the plastic insert with the gear positions on which is what I did, cheaper that a new complete knob.@Sean d on my old one the chrome was all peeling numbers not readable needed changing.
oo er MissusI've seen those on ebay and I will probably end up with one as I really like them.My wife just said she likes shiny knobs as well
The insert in side was cracked and some had fallen out the it was not gripping the stick very well.Would you not consider replacing the plastic insert with the gear positions on which is what I did, cheaper that a new complete knob.
