Hi :), Pull out the little bulb of the old one, when you do look where the bulb came out of, if there are any little wire still left behind pull them out, then straighten out the little wires on the new bulb gently slot it in so that the wires slide into the little connectors, now test it. The bulbs I picked up at my local auto shop.

I ordered a pack of 10 for about $4 and also some LED Festoon lights for the boot and interior lights [dim-able]. They make LED replacements for the heater bulbs really cheap but I didn't order those as they are a bit longer and knowing my luck, will not fit snugly into the cluster!
