Got the inner sills today so a big thanks to Andy @spurs fan in a coupe , I am really pleased to have them as I would not have felt comfortable doing the repair any other way, I had 30 mins at dinner and got one almost stripped of all the parts that I don't need

Sharp drill bit and a windy chisel pal, I also had the advantage of attacking them from the inside, it will take me longer to get my old ones off, I am planning on 2 days per side to remove and fit the new unit.
Will be mint under there after you've finished Sean. Take plenty of pictures
