Regarding colors I've found , during time, followings opinions:
- black is the absence of light (until now it was dark is the absence of the light!);
- white is no color (until the people in Arabian states launched, ten years ago, the trend of white cars with dark windows!)
- red is aggressive (according to the insurance companies!);
- silver is the color of the aluminium;
Probably the colors with no problems are blue, green, yellow.

No, it was a rare 'Individual Colour'. Most of the Z3 blue colours were named after racing circuits..

My name is Michael. I am originally from Ireland but now live in the US, Southern California, Corona actually.
I have a 2001 z3 2.5i. I have been doing quite a bit of body and mechanical work to get this beauty looking like she should. She had some damage to the front clip, drivers side and passenger side. Here is my progress as of now.
