Humpless Boot Carpet

I thought the same but the HK amp is mounted to the right wheel side not under the hump like i was lead to believe.

mmm I'll have to have a closer look Ant. There is certainly some thing behind the hump, I thought it was the amp

I was sure it was too but on looking it was completly empty
This picture is like mine the square to the right side is where the amp is.
The facelift may be different though i suppose.

Beg to differ Ant. My amp is definitely behind the hump on the LHS. There is nothing behind the carpet on the RHS. Mine's one of the last, a 2002 model.

I, for one, will be installing a CD player in the boot so may need a humped carpet come spring time. This will supplement the cassette going into the dash replacing the god aweful light flashing Sony head unit!! Just old school I guess! JIM
