Hey Nige and welcome from up near Lincoln, a very unusual colour but there is another member with one too, also a 2.0 IIRC. Mine's a 2.0 Auto, love it to bits.

Tony.
Thanks Tony and everyone else too. The Mora Red does seem to turn heads, I see that the other one is not far from us, in Cambridgeshire, looks exactly like ours. Ours is a manual but I just adore the sound of the 6 pot......

I know what you mean, I've loved the sound of a straight six since we were kids thrashing on old Standard Vanguard around the fields near home. An Auto in sport mode still has a nice song.:)

@NigeB on the same page mate, I frequently get slaughtered by mates on FB with some of the posts I put on about "Bella". Specifically today, been polishing my exhaust tips (can't get'em off!!) and can't get Bella in the house so garage it is. Getting there=))

Hi Jim, thanks. It is unusual and it does get a lot of admiring stares despite it being a fairly common car. I hope you can get hold of one to go with the rest of your collection. Its colour seems to change depending of the light conditions - it really sparkles "red" in bright sunshine and looks more "blue" in dull light. Your Granddaughter has great taste. My wife insisted on a lovely colour, I insisted on a 6 cylinder and we both insisted on a hardtop - managed to find what we wanted after 2 months of searching!

decent tune
I have thought about a re map as even on a standard tune setting there is a small amount of extra to be had. There's a guy at Saxilby near me who does this. I haven't got past chatting to him about this in the Chinese Take away up to now, but you never know.....
It's all about cost v Gain?

Tony.
