i had a post cataract op review this afternoon..there are some complications which means I will need a minor procedure under local anaesthetic..the two dates are either the 23rd September or 14th October…
I’ll keep you advised..

@andyglym got to say Andy thought you would have filled the remaining places on this run in no time due to the popularity of the Lakes run surprised to see one space is still available for a run which bar the Scottish runs is the only other Uk full weekend zed cruise event.
Lakes should be looking good in their early autumn colours.
