I had an email from @Gemini Events (I am ashamed to admit on the 22nd December) where Amelia was asking "On the application form we offer an early and late start time, these are allocated when the application arrives in our office. Did you want all your group to go together? As one member has booked in for a late start time and you are in as an early?"

I think we should get enough attendee's to make it that both start times make sense due to some participants coming from distance and some from local. Some "real" locals might like to do early but those "intermediate" locals may wish to do the later start. Input from potential attendee's would be appreciated!

I am about to post about the hotels in the forthcoming events area but it is not all good news Amelia has done well for us for the Sunday night in Brighton but can't get any of the London hotels to play ball with us. (she had a good go though I can tell you) I will post two thread one for the Saturday In London and one for the Sunday in Brighton

I initially requested an early start as I live about an hour or so away and this would avoid the worst of the traffic but I have no objection to changing to fit in with every body else.

I think it will depend on how many we get as we do not want to swamp either start slot unless we are a smallish group but I am hoping to be a large group... We will see

No I got mine a day or so later but I am sure @Gemini Events will check on it as a result of your post

All sorted now, had my registration number of acceptance. Also put down for an early start as we have
relatives living in London so will stay there for the first night. Will want to be with the group though..
Have also booked into the Umi hotel Brighton for the Sunday. Whoopie!!

Sorry you needed to bump! I have signed up for early but other have signed up for late.

If we decide to all do one in particular I am sure we could arrange it with @GeminiEvents to change whoever we needed to change.

If as a consensus we want to go for the later time slots voice opinions here please!

I will chase up on the Numbers but I think it is still Quite early so far. I also need to get the information out more widely as regards the hotels. Sorry been a bit preoccupied.

@BMBabe, fill out the registration form on the first page of this thread and email it to the organisers.
I assume we're going for a later start option...

Oh you're so cute when you're being Blondie, Stacey. Even I know all that info and I'm old and on drugs all the time. Wish I could make this one, it sounds friggin awesome. All those Zeds together plus all the other cars. Boggles the mind!! JIM

Hi, I'm looking to fill out my registration, but still rather uncertain about the late/early start thing. There doesn't seem to be a consensus, so I don't really know what to suggest. I'd rather be with as many other Z3s as possible rather than be a few here and a few there.

Hi, Blade runner, I like to think that looking thru the posts a later start is preferred, even if people did start early we could all meet up
at the first stop and end up in convoy to Brighton.
