Low mileage Z3M for Sale in Australia

I have just come across this Z3 M in almost "new" condition for sale. Considering the condition of the car I am tempted to make an offer. Any comments welcome.

You would not drive it!! It would likely be on wheel lifts so you could just push it around! Mind you would be good excercise seeing you are working out anyway!! lol. JIM

Thanks everyone for the responses. This is a rare find if you are looking for a Z3M in mint condition. This car is not for anyone looking for a Z3 for regular use. If I buy this I will return it back to storage and it is essential to have a garage with humidity control. Cooper is right, the owner would have paid little more than the asking price back in 1998. I will contact the owner and see what happens.
