I was lucky to get on the podium with Rossi at the Bolognia motor show where he was racing a Subaru rally car and I was the" mechanic" for the guy who beat him ,Italian crowd weren't too happy,really nice bloke even though I pinched his champaign and sprayed him with it lol

Great photo of some of the legends of motorcycle racing. The number one for me would have to be Freddie. He may not have the years of stats that Rossi has built up, but 250cc and 500cc world champ in the same year, that's Top Trump (ok Ago did the double several times, but I never saw him do it.)

Watched the Assen Moto GP the other day. When will Marquez get a race ban for his riding. If it was just 1 incident like Assen, but it seems his mentality is that I am coming through even if someone gets hurt. Its not that long ago riders were complaining about Marco, and look what happened to him.
