Hi, welcome from Mansfield.

As others have said, once you have the panels off you know where you stand.

Looks like the silver is Arctic Silver.

Should be able to pick up some panels for it easily enough. As for the sill covers, just go straight to BMW. They are about £110-£120 each side for brand new ones. All second hand ones will have some rust on them and just not worth the hassle trying to restore them.

Watching with interest as to where the project takes you

Hi & Welcome, agree with Jim it looks like Artic Silver plus given the year fairly confident Titanium didn't come in until 99

Good luck with what lurks beneath, she looks fairly rotten to me though, hope I'm wrong o_O

Hi and welcome from Oxfordshire. I’ve subscribed to your channel to support you in your project all the best with it. A wealth of knowledge is here at hand and hopefully you can find your panels. As a suggestion you could try out wrapping instead of painting up multi coloured panels but then again easier said than done.

I was thinking about a colour change or wrapping! I've done a few smaller jobs/ panels with wrap and fairly confident but it might be easier spraying if all panels come off

Do you know of any places nearby that breaks them?
If I've needed parts, I've tended to go to the dealers and use my BMW Car Club discount ~ usually 10%
(Eastern BMW, Newbridge and Douglas Park, Stirling)

You also get a 10% discount at Halfords with your BMWCC membership ~ details available in the Member's Area of the club website

I've not looked for breakers yards, so can't advise
