Hi, I have just been using the website to do some maintenance on my Z3 and was very impressed with the help it gave me so it seems a sound idea to join!! I bought my Z3 (2.7L) 3 years ago now and am very pleased with the car (a lot of car for the money I paid for it) and for what it is, very cost effective for a performance sports car. I think being a certain age helps with the insurance!!!
I much preferred the shape of the Z3 over the Z4, the Z3 has a more "classic" look about it.
I have had to remove the door interior panels to lubricate the window runners and to remove the speaker grills which I will now remove and repainted as they were looking a tad sad. Also I have removed the side mirrors as some minor corrosion was starting to take hold, all with no problem at all, very straight forward.

Hi Billz, yep, its one of those times when you read what you are writing several times before you hit the "go" button and all looks A1. Then as soon as the missive is in the ether, and you casually glance through it, all sorts of glaring errors appear!! 2.8 it is...
