I'm trying to avoid that huge gap between wheel and arch as I'm not lowering the suspension. Also I drove it yesterday with 40's all round and it felt good.

Hi bud this is what you were driving yesterday
If you run a 40 profile on the rear the speedo would misread too.
I run 35 profile in the rears of my18's but for my next set I'm going to try 40 for a bit sidewall for a bit of 'muscle' look. Maybe even 45. Speedo will misread but as I drive at the speed limit -5 everywhere I'll be fine!

18x8 fronts with 225/40/18
18x9 rears with 245/45/18
1996 1.9L
Fenders are rolled but I think that's because of the 5series wheels it's running - they poke out a lot as you can see. Mine tuck under the arch easily.
