Hi every1 I’m new to these type of treads so bear with me can some body tell me if there should be a drain hole in the rubber shield below the petrol cap ?

Yes, it blocks up really easily and is difficult to see but there is a drain hole at the bottom of the creased section. Poke around with a bit of wire and you should find it.

There is a drain hole, it is under the middle of the cap, but it is in the vertical face of the rubber, so drains inwards as opposed to downwards.

Use strimmer cord to unblock so you don't accidently puncture the outflow pipe
