This is the little bridge I was so taken with on Sunday,I somehow think it wasn't designed for z3 traffic we took the ford

True, but wide enough for men marching two abreast, which is how the Roman centurions used to march, could it be that old?

I don't know it looks really old it's had some more recent work underneath and it is on a Roman route I'll try and find out .i did find out about the archway I took the mints to is called y garreg fawr ..the great stone and it was hauled from Harlech just for kicks
