but that would mean selling the zed as i wouldnt have the room, there again i could just kick the kids out and gain another 3 car spaces ummm got me thinking now what i really need is a man cave garage, this was converted to a bedroom 15 years ago.

dont think i will ever get the garage back, as soon as its free it will get converted to a granny annex, this has never been discussed but im not stupid
