Problems with flags not showing

I can't see any British flags
Only foreign ones

I have it too. At the beginning I was happy because when I type from work it's probably an Italian server and, being Italian and living in Belgium I liked the tricolore flag next to my userid, even if it said my Z3 is Belgian (in fact it's a Dutch one if we want to be precise )

May I please have my little Italian flag back?

Yes, all very strange, but, I was on another PC today running explorer and they did not show then.
I run chrome and they show all the time.....?
