If the light is in because of the pads it wont store a fault code pad warning system at that age not linked into diagnostics

Hi Stevo - do you know if the same applies to hydraulics which was the intermittent confusing one?

I've had a look at the wiring diagrams for the instrument cluster ( appears to be for asc equipped models) the pad warning, park brake and fluid level lamps all appear to be direct links not going through modules on route

Thanks for that - think I understand. I have BMTechnics package with INPA but cannot read instrument cluster as I don't have RS232(??) port connector and something else which I don't remember.
