Some of you may know of my problem and I always like to make people aware and maybe think about routine maintenance .for those of you with a weak stomach don't look any further

These are off my boot rack I'm going to send them off for rechroming .I Hope they come back nice and shiny

That's the problem with the chrome one's, mine are mat black so I just scrub them up and re-spray them again with a can.

Have you got the BMW plugs for the boot lid when the rack is off?
I have but I think it was @FRANKIE (I have just remembered or I would have told him this earlier) that was looking for some and I know there was a chap on the Dutch forum that purchased something from a DIY store for peanuts that looked good and did the job perfectly, I will have a look.

Are we looking at Part 4 on this Hugh? If so the PN Part 4 is 82790006616 for silver. Guessing that the second PN is for black?

Thanks for the offer and I may take you up on it.but I'm going to try and get mine refurbed,and I'm not really sure I'm comfortable with my wife seeing your shiny nuts.it'll be interesting to see how they come back I'll have to be a bit more careful how I keep them polished
