Redid the right side motor and trans mounts, low profile air cleaner now fits as well, as of five minutes ago the alternator and bracket has been mounted I just need to get a proper sized v belt tomorrow and started working on converting the stock throttle cable to match the carb but the only things left are really just

Fueling (mainly just running the lines from the pump to the regulator) and wiring the fuel pump to the existing wire I have for it just need to feed it through the trunk

A proper driveshaft (now that everything's in its rightful place and I have my diff adapter i can get real measurements and order one)

And just reinforcing the subframe

Then just comes light test driving locally to dial everything in and fix stuff as it breaks

Also forgot one important and easily the most complex and for sure going to be annoying, the exhaust

We need a youtube video for this....
Don't worry I'll make an overview and add some videos I just need to be able to record the whole time I don't have the capacity of a camera crew unfortunately but don't worry I plan on making one when it's all said and done

Update on the car, alternator bracket is done , basic exhaust downpipes are made just need the proper size nut to actually mount it and the fuel cell is in, relay is wired up and the hoses ran all the way to the carburetor and I have proper pressure when it's on

I plan on putting the carpet back in this is just more temporary before I do all the cutting to reinforce the subframe but should be starting it all up tomorrow

Exhaust is welded up and mounted just need some short mufflers to add later on and to wrap the actual pipe with heat wrap and add some more heat shielding , that being said pretty much every last thing besides the throttle cable and general tidyness is done in the engine bay got the right size vbelt and have the water pump and alternator installed as well as the fuel pressure regulator and lines from yesterday

That being said all that's stopping it from running right now is the fact it's pouring rain and I need to buy a new battery, will send updates latest by tomorrow about it but all that's left on my list of things to do it pretty much

1 install my diff adapter and get a custom driveshaft
2 reinforce subframe
3 install my throttle cable
4 plug the clutch slave cylinder line in the brake fluid reservoir since it's an auto
And after that probably just wrap the exhaust and add mufflers

Update on it, starts and runs, transmission spins properly, did some slight adjustments but need to lower the idle on the carburetor so please ignore the high idle for now but it fires right up and revs (still need to adjust the throttle as well it only lets me get to about a quarter of the way open) no mufflers and small pipes so it definitely is a tad too loud for the camera to pick up properly YouTube video of the startup and idle

Update on the project dialed in the timing and carbs so it runs infinitely better now, made sure the trans and coolant were full and bled Video of it. Currently working on adding a small muffler to each side, coating in high temp paint and using exhaust wrap
Also finished the throttle cable, hooks up to the stock pedal and on fact has full throttle

Enjoying this build. What power will you expecting to get from this engine?
It's a stock motor so low HP but high in torque here's what a stock 350 dyno graph typically looks like , I'll probably do some dyno runs for fun but from an actual horsepower setup not much at all just a TON of torque for a chassis like this
