Yes mate there is a copy in San Francisco but the seller doesn't ship to the UK.

Yep, hence hefty delivery price.
I am under impression that amazon still charge delivery even for prime users when item is not on their UK warehouse.
Possibly so Peter, I was asking rather than saying it was so.

I am not too sure was the item on prime at all.
No idea mate, I was under impression that if you were on "Prime" anything you ordered was delivered free. I maybe got hold of the wrong end of the stick.
