If you need definite numbers before the weekend @GazHyde I can confirm myself and my boy (7 years old). As soon as its confirmed how and when you need payment I'm ready to sort it.

I'm happy to be flexible with numbers, the organiser just needs to know roughly how many for now. I'll post up ticket ordering details probably Monday, and once you have bought & paid for your ticket(s) you are confirmed!

Obviously no refunds on tickets if you can't make it once you've paid and I've bought them.

Ticket Purchase Information

Sorry it's taken a while and hopefully this isn't going to be too complicated, but please read carefully. You need to add up your ticket requirements from below.

Adults...............................................................£12.00 each
Children (5-17).................................................£7.50 each
Children under 5...............................................Free

Show and Shine competition entry...................£20 (includes free gift on arrival). S&S entry needs to be booked directly with the organiser - vanitybmw@yahoo.com & includes 1 adult ticket, so any passengers will require a separate ticket.

I'll sort you a refund later @Mac Romans! All the S&S entrants be parked up on a tarmac area together,

If you want the tickets posted in advance of the event, then please add £1 P&P so I can send them to you. Otherwise we will all meet up beforehand and hand out tickets before cruising in to the event together.

• Each vehicle gets one club stand pass included.
• All tickets give full access to the Beaulieu attractions including the national motor museum, world of top gear, Beaulieu abbey and the Palace house.
• Only BMWs will have access to park in the show ground area and be able to take advantage of the discounted ticket price. All tickets are non refundable!

Tickets need to be purchased in advance through me as the club representative. Payments to be made as a GIFT via PayPal to garyahyde@gmail.com

Please include a note with the transfer stating which tickets you require, and your address if you want them posted.

I'll be ordering them in batches, but the final date for me to order is the 19th of June 2016.

I grew up walking distance from the venue and know the area very well. There's a pub called The Bold Forester about 2 miles from the venue. It has a large car park and only one junction which is a left turn. Also gives us a left turn into the venue so we won't have to give way and get split up. It's pretty much ideal mate.
