Thanks @petecossie
Just ordered. Have tried many phone mounts for the Z3 without satisfaction. This might just do it! :)

Word of warning. Several years ago I purchased something similar with the same type of ring sticky fastener and put it in my brand new daily, when I removed it 3 years later when the car was changed the sticky bit had damaged the dash material. Not ripped it but sort of melted it. I assumed the glue had reacted, maybe it was down to the dash material, but I doubt it. Not stuck anything to a dash since.

Valid point, however I've just repositioned a none slip pad I purchased from Amazon back in April 2022 to put under my old sat nav holder shown above and there was no visible reaction to the dash surface where it had been for the last 2½ years. It proved very effective in stopping movement of the sat nav holder. See pics below

I purchased from Amazon see details below.

At the moment these particular items aren't available, but there will be similar items on eBay/Amazon.

I'm going to use mine to set the the new holder onto the dash top when I get car out the garage tomorrow.

Having had a lot of mechanical work done on my Zed last year, I have decided to focus on getting some of the more cosmetic stuff done this year. Whilst my Style 78s looked pretty smart @Lee had noticed the inner sides were flaking and begining to corrode. ... so first job is a full wheel refurb. I like to support new businesses and had seen on socials a couple of young lads literally around the corner from me making a name for themselves in the local car scene. So..booked in and 24 hours later my 78s look brand new again. Highly recommend them to anyone in Hampshire/West Sussex https://www.cherishedautomotives.co.uk/powder-coating/ https://www.facebook.com/share/1FK1E4TtCa/?mibextid=wwXIfr
What was more interesting though was their slammed Volvo 740 estate daily and the fact they were busy trying to cram a Honda K Series Vtec engine into their tiny works van
