Thanks Tony, looks spot on mate  Hope you had a hat and scarf on :)
Beanie hat courtesy of Mr. and Mrs. Mint, nice thick hoody and a jacket mate. Thought I'd best do it today as it's supposed to be colder tomorrow.;)

@Andy McDonnell someone was asking about the length of the extended bolts required with spacers the other day so while I've had mine off I did some measurements. Oh, and by the way my front spacers are only 12mm not 14.
image.jpeg

The bolts for the 20mm spacers are 60mm long to the top of the tapered seat, when you push it through a wheel bolt hole you have 45mm showing. Subtract from that 20mm for the spacer, 7mm for the thickness of the discs centre, that leaves 18mm to secure it to the hub/drive flange which is only 10mm thick. Therefore you have 8mm through the hub when tight.
The bolts for the 12mm spacers are 50mm long and have 35mm through the wheel, less 12mm for the spacer, 7mm for the disc gives you 6mm through the hub when tight.
I always tighten my wheel bolts to 130 NM when I have spacers fitted. Autodata recommend 110-130 so I use the upper limit with spacers.

How do you find the new suspension.
I'm still deliberating Bilstein B4 or Sachs for standard ride height, or lowering with Bilstein B12 kit.
Hedging towards standard as springs are quite new and standard is £230 for all 4 shocks.
May stick on 15mm spacers on the rear now after seeing these photos.
I have b4 installed, good ride, good value. I can't compare though as on my car all 4 shocks were dead when i've got a car. I did about 8k miles since put new suspension on and don't feel any degradation yet. Ride is pretty harsh though, but i think it is exactly what i am expecting from roadster. Originally my car had ///M suspension, and these B4 has exactly same geometry as original bmw parts i've uninstalled from car. What makes car lower or higher is a coil springs. I've installed Eibachs which are about half inch shorter that ///M stuff.
