Someone's dyslexic.

It was not so long ago that abandoned cars got a 'police aware' sticker after a while, then were removed and destroyed with the registered keeper being fined to pay for it.
Can the UK not be bothered to do that, either, these days?

Depends whos land it's park on.
Public roads is a council issue / DVLA, neither want to foot the recovery bill charge.

Cops haven't been able to lift cars for well over 15 years. Cost a fortune too for a large Force area, no V5 keeper so Cops had to foot the bill (reduced rate) of the Rota garage.

This one looks like a private car park looking at the 4x4 nose in next to it and blocked in.

I guess it’s not considered abandoned if it’s SORN’d. Neglected, but not technically abandoned.

But it can't be taxed as it has no MOT.
So where was it? Looks like a village hall car park type of vibe to me.

Private estate. Wouldn’t be surprised if there were other cars in the area without tax or MOT.

Definitely wasn’t me that once got a parish councillor very excited by parking a car on SORN in a parish council car park for many months. He got upset when he couldn’t park on a visit to get his breakfast from the nearby the tea room, cue lots of removal stickers from the local council! Oops!
