awesome! thanks guys some good reads here and defiantly have learnt a few things! I will look into possibly upgrading the suspension and polybushing first i think, also putting higher temp brake fluid through it! theres 225 50 16s on it at the moment can't remember the brand without going down to look i think cat something ? but will look into semi slicks too for the track!. Thanks for all the imput ill try to get some pictures up

Handling - Poly bushing can get expensive and I'm not sure you would notice much difference for track work. I've never bothered with it on any of my track cars so can't advise you on that. I put Eibach progressive springs on my Z3, that was the single most cost effective mod I did on that car, it transformed the handling.

Brakes - Vented discs would be good, especially if you marry them with decent pads and high temp brake fluid. I used RBF600 fluid in the zed. To be honest the best way to avoid brake fade is to get some lessons in how to drive on a track, it did me the world of good.

Tyres - I found Federal RS-R's to be epic for the money. They are perfect for a bit of track work and aren't too hairy on the road.

In standard form the Z3 is ok for the odd track day, depends how serious you want to get! Good luck and enjoy :racecar:
