An embossed effect would look well on the black - subtle but effective.
Or find someone that can use a laser machine to burn it in! I have one. It's very small and wouldn't handle the size you need. It would turn out much like the blue jeans with patterns on them, that's how they get that effect! JIM

Doesn't like the Z3 painted on the headrest idea, thinks its a bit chavvy?

Done well i think it will look fine as you say Paul its a bit of dye if it looks wrong it can be corrected and dyed back out .
Its something different and different is always good :thumbsup:

I Like this.
I've had 2 xc90's with R Design on the seats, but my current xc60 was the first MY to omit them!
Maybe a sign of the times though?
