Mistakes happen. I've accidentally posted my mobile to an open post when I thought I was replying to a PM (not that it matters because my number is out there for other reasons). A momentary lapse of concentration is all it needs.
The beauty of this place is that someone will quickly be backing up to sort things out.

HT (Head Teacher in this case) is right to remind everyone of the constant care and vigilance needed and it's a shame you had a visit to his office with a phone book for a few strokes of the cane. But it's a reminder to us all to be careful. No harm done other disturbing Mikes drinking time.

It does happen, as long as it gets picked up and edited then it won't be a problem. The mods around here are spot on when it comes to taking details down quickly if they think they maybe at risk.
