Just a final reminder to people that the Deal with the hotel reserving the rooms finishes on Sunday night so as the Hotel is FULL for the Saturday already apart from our reservation as soon as any remaining rooms are released I expect them to be gone.

In essence if you have not booked the hotel and are planning to do it before close of play Sunday this weekend.

hi guy's had a email from duncan regarding hotels and number's trying to get everyone into northampton, at the time i booked my room there was none available at northampton so iam in milton keynes is there any others in same boat seen only a few going to milton keynes seems to be all going on at northampton any update's what's going on

Hi Dave,

Did you use the bmw code when you tried to book Northampton?

You can still get into Northampton using the code up until tomorrow night so I would have another go or if you pm Duncan he might be able to sort it out for you.

duncan tried again to get moved not possible as i have booked a advanced saver deal which is not transferable would have to cancel and rebook northampton which will make it to expensive so will leave it alone will just drive over to join up with everyone else

I am currently in Silverstone double checking the route and then an email to all the attendee's of the event will be mail merged out with the details. I hope to do that by the end of this week.
