Nico Rosberg has to beat his Mercedes team-mate Lewis Hamilton today to stay in title contention. And he's put himself in the perfect position, clinching pole on a soggy Austin track ahead of the British driver.
Sebastian Vettel, the only other man who can stop Hamilton, will start 15th with his 10-place penalty.
Can Hamilton become only the second British driver to win three titles after Sir Jackie Stewart?

In hindsight, and couldn't we all have done with it at some time or other, I really think Lewis should have picked up Rosberg's hat and walked over and handed It to him, rather than just tossing it to him. After all he did approach Hamilton in the right way as he entered the room and congratulate him?
