Replaced Grosjean with a big Cheque

Apparently both drivers at Haas this season have been tied in with sponsors.

I didn't think they could do any worse than Magnusen or Grosjean, but after these first couple of races I wonder!

Stroll and Raikonen have both been penalised.

Stroll got 5 seconds after an overtake on Gasly, Raikonen got 30 seconds for a restart infringement.
