Oh, as of this moment, FantasyGP haven't updated the points in the light of the two fuel disqualifications.

I'm due to drop 2 points. :(

How does too much fuel on board a) happen and b) get picked up at the end of the race?

Not a Scooby on the too much fuel, I thought it was a sanction if you didn't have enough for a sample. All cars are assessed for remaining fuel I believe?

Just checked, gone from 173 to 180 points :D

What the sporting regulations say:

  • Cars may use no more than 105kg of fuel in each race (with the power unit regulations stipulating that fuel flow must not exceed 100kg/hour). Drivers exceeding the fuel limit during a race will be immediately excluded from the race results.

  • Cars may use no more than 105kg of fuel in each race (with the power unit regulations stipulating that fuel flow must not exceed 100kg/hour). Drivers exceeding the fuel limit during a race will be immediately excluded from the race results.
You'd think fuel tank size would limit that, unless they don't control fuel temperature? Maybe they over-chilled the fuel before fuelling?

As for fuel flow, sack the ecu programmer!

It's just stupid getting a DQ for a basic fundamental.
