Providing the weather turns out good (dry) i want to get the atmosphere of everything, and
plan on staying to watch the stage shows. Just a thought, dont know if its feasable, but i
wonder if we were to return to the hotel after the racing for a change of clothes, whether a few
of us could share a mini bus back to Silverstone for the evening and then we could have a couple of.

I do know that it is doable I am not sure of the cost though may I suggest as we are both there tomorrow evening that we look into and make decisions there Thursday evening.

1 In that we have the Breakfast set up to cater for up to 80 people between 7:00 and 7:30 is there a small group who want the Grab and Go option that was offered?

Guys and Gals

I am at the hotel and we have been able to get the breakfast to start even earlier at 6:45 on Saturday, also if you still would rather a grab and go at 6:45 or 7:00 that will not be a problem but would you please let the staff know that is what you want when you book in.

Also because at least one person is looking for help washing their car I have checked and there is a good hand car wash in Milton Keynes which is not far away (10n miles) on Wattling Street staffed by some polish guys that work well, so to get to it you head right into Bletchley on the A421 (the opposite way from the Silverstone track) pick up H6 (Childs Way) and it is near the V4 )Wattling Street and it is on the right hand side near the Premier Inn Fursden way. The lady I spoke to says if you can't find the car wash guys pop into the premier Inn and ask as they will know

For Saturday we also have permission to form up on the drive in a herringbone on the grass and then video the start of the cruise to the track. The hotel staff will close the road as we leave so that we can all leave together without.

When you register at the hotel do remember to say your part of the Zroadster.org group as we have already had some people who are not with the Zedfest but are just with the Silverstone classic asking about things, and the staff need to make sure to put the stickers on your room key for the discount and others things.

Any problems I am in room 511.

I have been asked to look at the possibility of minibus for the track Saturday night and back to the track on Sunday morning. Unfortunately the local guy ( so that we do not have to pay for them to come from Milton Keynes) only has two a seven sweater and an eight seater. Each is the same price and the cost per trip per vehicle is £45 each way so if we needed both vehicles we would end up paying £180 for 15 people less and the per head cost goes up. Obviously the sooner we let him know the more chance we have of securing the two should we need them.

I'm hoping to get down to the jetwash in the morning so hopefully I can sort the car myself. Won't be up to my usual standards, but will at least be cleaner than it is now. Should be able to give it a quick coat of spray wax if I take it slowly
