Screen frame repairable Connor if it has corroded right through but would need the screen removing.

Tony.
Probably be costly I would have thought? To be honest it’s not putting me off too badly... if the mechanicals are good I think it could be a bargain!

:D:D Good condition overall, the only thing letting it down is those little bits of rust as mentioned. Definitely needs the sills sorting, and there’s some bubbling on the o/s arch. Also needs a new rear window. Drives well though even though It’s been sat for almost 12 months so needs the cobwebs blowing away, comes with a few extras too...

OEM mesh wind deflector, and what looks like a brand new tonneau cover!

Probably won’t be keeping the tonneau so if anyone is interested

Once you get it home and given a good once over you'll have better idea of want wants doing and what needs doing mate.
Happy you found another car for yourself.
They always look better for good clean up.

Hi Tony, yes definitely.

It’s also got seats that I’ve not seen before, they are sort of half leather sports seats?

So it’ll be interested to see what they are.

Those are very nice seats. They'll get warmer quicker too than leather.
Not seen a set before.

Looks like a re-trim. Extremely good condition and as Dino says, not seen half half before.

Ok so took the car out for the first proper drive and noticed some hesitation when accelerating hard, once the revs picked up seems ok. However when changing down from third to second with the clutch down the car stalled? It did this a couple of times and I’m not sure what the issue is?

Does anyone have any ideas?

When was it last run? Has it just been going to work and back? Could just need a dam good thrashing for a couple of hours?

Edit: just read further up she's been sat for 12 months. I'd put some fresh fuel in then giver her a good thrashing.

The car was previously used to go to work and back by the previous owner, and it’s been sat for around a year until I bought it more or less, I thought that it may need to be driven hard for a while to get it going again. It had the CCV valve stuff sorted in Feb 2016, so it can’t be that and I can’t spot any obvious air leaks.
