once we have sold my mums house i will get a little place in normandy for us,it is very difficult selling a house with 40 plus rooms at the moment,but there is interest now , we cant make any meets till silverstone as work very busy,but we are looking forward to a great time with you all ,Pete and Ann

Could I please make a couple of points in clarification, just so people are clear.

- NO ONE is being forced to do anything.
- Duncan has asked whether people want to park up together at the circuit
This is for the specific reason that IF people do want to park in to any kind of group, it needs to be coordinated in advance with the organisation team (Ian, Darren & Duncan).

Yes, all the Zeds are parking together (well as together as you can get several hundred in one place). From what I've heard, we aren't using the service road layout so will be more of a block of cars.
Duncan is just trying to find out if any one wants to be specifically parked in a group within the larger group or not.
Rather hoped we would get to park where we did last year, or better still where the Ferraris parked last year. Don't fancy parking on the grass incase its muddy..

Goose determine where we are as the BMW CAR CLUB GB which is how this has been arranged. So as well as Zed's we have other models. As yet we do not have the final allocated area so it may be that Zed's are together but also with sub groups but we do not know yet we have to look at how we layout the BMW CAR CLUB GB. Area when we get the plan later this week
Without requested groups they could all just be parked up as BMW CC GB. I do not think anyone wants that. It is NOT about division it is about celebrating all the differences. Some of the sections that are requested are Z4-forum, Alpina, E30, Z3coupe, Z-Lounge, and there are others already and I expect more to be requested.
A key point is that the BMW CAR CLUB GB whose group at the Silverstone classic we are ALL joining is celebrating it's many differing groups. It"s Regions and it's many interest groups. So are happy for all the groups to fly their flags etc it is not about politics. I won't do politics any one wants to introduce politics and I F@@@@@@@@ off. I will walk! Then who organises large events that are across all the differing groups!
Especially from this forum I find that anyone thinks I am into politics OFFENSIVE. be clear on that. I have put huge effort into this event for EVERYONE (not just Zed's and not just Zorg) so for someone on this forum to accuse me of politics is so out of order I am really offended! Wake up and open your eyes!
I go to BMW Car Club events and fly the Zorg banner and yes I know I need to get on top of my car Guilty as charged! But none of the BMW Car Club organisers think I am playing politics so why the hell does my home forum!
Enough said! Fuming! All I asked was what does this forum want to do! So discuss it sensibly and let me know I have stated my preference but as I said just because I am one of the BMW Car Club organising committee does not mean it is what Zorg want!
