Why are people still signing this?
It's already been refused by Government.
Signing stuff just for the sake of it is why the Government doesn't take any of these 'facebook' petitions seriously. IMO

That's ok, I'm not taking this government seriously. Mind you, neither are they.....................
If you had read the governments response they replied with something that was not even being asked for!
Do you believe the government takes anything the population says seriously? They could not give a flying f**k what we think but if everyone thought "whats the point in even trying" we would be walked over just a little bit more then we are already. That is one thing you have to respect the French for they know how to gel together and fight for what they believe in. Us? We roll over and take it one more time. I am not saying this petition will ever do anything but it costs nowt, takes hardly any time and why not?
