OK all its getting to the point I need some confirmation on attendance, as things could have changed in a year can you all please confirm attendance or not as it stands today by Personal Message Please (I realise things can still change) but need to get some figures.

I will also be arranging a Sunday Lunch stop at a local pub and will add prices and choices of meats (and veggie options) soon and be asking for names of those wanting food so if you could have a think about that too.

I need to give the location numbers.

Chicken, Pork , Beef & selection of Veg
One course £11
Two Course £16 (Starter main / Main Dessert)
Desserts available off the menu

Vegetarian and Gluten free options will be available just waiting for the details, I will add ASAP.

You are welcome to arrange your own table and order your own food on the day off the menu.

All food & bar bills must be settled by the individuals before leaving the premises.
